The recruitment process for the Global Graduate Programme in HR has been a positive experience overall. It included two interviews focused on my expectations, motivation, and previous experience, along with some imaginative scenario-based exercises where I explained how I would handle different situations. The discussions felt engaging and well-structured. Although there has been a longer waiting time for the upcoming Assessment Center stage, I am genuinely curious and excited about what comes next.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAT (Tokyo) in Dec 2021
Interview
1st interview was a 30-min, very casual, one with a bright HR head interviewer. Ice breaker to begin the interview, introduction was made by both sides, and my interest in the firm/program was asked for.
