Interview
1st Round- Aptitude Test
2nd Round- Extempore
3rd Round- Operations Round
4th Round- HR & Management Interview
Aptitude was very general test with not so hard questions. Unless your reasoning is very poor, you can't fail at this at all.
In Extempore they randomly ask you to choose a number and after to choose they read out the topic from the list which was listed on that number and you have 2 mins to prepare for it. They don't judge you on what your views were, but they test on your confidence, posture while speaking, communication skills and they way you present.
Operations Round- There are 2 People managers test you on your operational skill set and general reasoning questions.
Example- if a helicopter takes off from where we are sitting and elevates at 90 degrees from this position. Taking earth's rotation into consideration, Tell me that after 2 hours when it wants to land down, will it land on the same position or not.
Answer- Yes/No- But justify it with concrete answer. Answer should be Yes.
Qs.2 I have 1 Re and I want it to be distributed to 2 men. But the proportion should have a difference of 5p in it.
HR Round- HR with Director will take this round. They'll test you on how long are you going to be with BT. Your relocation (if required) any other HR related questions, skills etc.
They'll never discuss your compensation with you.
They'll offer what they can and will never negotiate. If you try to negotiate they'll bluntly ask you to either accept or refuse.
