Interview
I applied to the position via the company's careers page. Later, HR contacted me and arranged an initial interview.
The interview consists of the following steps:
- HR Interview (30mins general background check)
- Introduction Interview (30mins general talk with an engineer)
- Technical Assignment (They send you an iOS project with a deadline 1 week)
- Technical Review Session (1-hour interview with two senior engineers, asking a lot of questions about your technical assignment)
- Final Interview (1-hour interview with tribe lead and product manager, a bunch of behavioral questions and case-based questions.)
Finally, I got an offer from the company.
After I received the offer, the recruiter tried to push me to make a decision. They called me multiple times. Even a week hasn't passed since the offer made, they set a deadline for my decision by themselves. I requested a week to make up my mind. However, they responded that please make your decision till at the end of business hours tomorrow.

It was the best interview process ever, the only thing that for me was unusual — it had about 7 steps. On the other side the company tries to get best of the best and this is the right way to do this.
