First had a chat with a recruiter, then with someone within Backbase with the same type of role. After that a conversation with the hiring manager, and then a conversation with both of the previous people. Then a meeting with 2 people from the team I'd be joining, and a meeting with the VP of Strategy followed by a case presentation. So about 8 meetings in total. Also some informal calls with HR or the hiring manager on the process or clarification of some processes. Sounds like a lot, but it all took place in a 3 week period. We did not lose any momentum. I'd say it was an overal pleasant experience.
