I did a video interview first, then they called me for a phone interview. After that I came in and had an interview with my manager, the online marketing manager. Then we scheduled another time to chat in the office since we ran out of time on the first day. Then the marketing team took me out for lunch. Then finally my new manager took me and my wife to lunch and extended the offer and then I called the next day and accepted the position. A wonderful experience overall. They make sure they are hiring the right people which means if you are accepted you will have a great team to work with. The interviews were very friendly and the questions are not super tough. They are just thorough to understand your experience and your fit with the culture.

I know BambooHR has a great reputation and culture, but I was disappointed in the interview process. After progressing to the second round of interviews, my interview was canceled a few hours before it was scheduled to take place. I was then informed that hiring for the role had been put on hold, and about a month later I was told the company would be moving things around internally and would no longer be hiring for the position. I have nothing but positive things to say about the talent team, but overall it was a frustrating process.
