The application was not hard, a few days after apply a recruiter reach out for the first round of interviews. After the first interview with the recruiter I then had an interview with the hiring manager. A few days after this I was invited to an in person interview with the manager of that position and a team they lead, the in person interview took about an hour and a half with two separate rounds of interviewing and a break in between where I meet some of the team and observed what they did day to day. During the interview the first round was with who would be my direct supervisor, the second round was accompanied by someone who was previously in that position and had tenure with the company. After the interview there was no further communication from the recruiter or the manager, or an automated email. The application system they were using did not let you look at the status of the application. No position was offered or communication made to let me know I was no longer being considered.
