Application I applied online. The process took about 2 weeks. Interview I was ghosted after completing the screening and hiring manager interview. The hiring manager had mentioned that they had selected me for the next round but ghosted me after a week. I sent multiple follow-up emails to the recruiter with no response. I am disappointed, especially after investing time and energy in preparation. The hiring manager mentioned that the culture is not very innovative; it's mostly enhancement UX, and work is light on most days.
