I interviewed for two roles DS I risk and VP, risk. Have strong banking experience and was a super fit for both roles. Talked to both HMs, had good conversations, answered all their questions based on my experiences, did Hacker rank leet code correctly too. Still rejected, comp was abysmally low anyways.I guess there is no shortage of candidates or HMs have too high expectations even for regular roles nowadays.
