Quick turn around. Easy interview. Called and scheduled within a week. Was offered the job before I reached the parking lot. Drug screening was required within 3 days of accepting the offer. The background check took forever, and they required tax returns for the past 10 years because I was self employed and needed to prove I wasn't lying about being self employed. The background checkers did not answer their phones when references tried to return phone calls.

The process was smooth. My first interview was with HR about my schedule availability and went overview of general information. Then I was interviewed by the unit’s nurse manager. I was called back teo days later with a job offer

Basic interview questions like "Tell me about yourself", a time when I went above and beyond patient care, and time in which I received constructive criticism . Overall the interview lasted about 30-40 minutes and I had a pleasent expierence
