I was interviewed over the phone, and it was a very good experience. I was asked basic questions about previous employment, experience, and education. I was also asked a few questions about why I wanted to work for Banner, and why I thought I would be a good fit. The interviewer then informed me that they were interested in moving to the next step in the interview process, and that we could set up a time in the future to do that, or she could just continue on if I had time. I chose to continue on. She then asked 3 behavioral questions and asked me to use specific examples of experiences that I've had in my life in the answer. They were along the lines of 1)Tell me about a time that you made a mistake and what you did to fix it, 2)Tell me about a time when you saw that a process could be improved and the steps you took to improve the process, and 3)Tell me about a time when you had to stand up for what you thought was right. After that she said that I sounded like a good fit for the position, and they would like to offer it to me. I asked quite a few questions that I had about the position and all it would entail, and then told her I would get back to her by the next day to let her know my answer. She was very kind and personable, and made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
