I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Whippany, NJ) in Feb 2022
Interview
The entire process took 4 months. I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me a month later. The interviews were very organized and well packaged with the information you would need to prepare for the meetings. All interviews took place over Zoom.
Two months after my final interview, I received a denial email.
It was very easy to connect with the people, several questions were asked. Overall it was a demanding but a very great interview process. Definitely prepare before and make yourself familiar with the culture.
started with assessments followed by a video interview. Afterwards there was an assessment centre consisting of two interviews where I got to ask questions in the end about the position and responsibilities.
It started with an Aptitude test. Shortlisting was done on the basis of the achieved score. The further technical rounds were very friendly. Questions were mostly asked on the given resume.
