I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Wilmington, DE) in Nov 2022
Interview
The actual interview with the recruiter and then the manager was fine. The issue was after - their hiring process needs an overhaul. Its TERRIBLE. Not only does it take incredibly long (like 2 months) but they are VERY unorganized you be told one then and then sent an email from a completely different department about something else. Be prepared.

Question 1
Honestly it was a year ago and I can't recall but if you search for customer service interview questions on the internet and study those "Tell me about a time when" questions you'll ace the interview with flying colors.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (Liverpool, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
Firstly fill out a form and CV on website, then a brief call quite informal asking about why you would like the job and your experience. Then invited to do an online video interview where you just record videos to questions and send that in at your own time. After this a brief very informal call with the manager who explains the job at bit more and asks if you have any questions. Then received job offer and then there is a detailed background check.

Interview
There was 3 rounds. Applied online, had an online assessment and then a telephone interview with some basic questions e.g why do you want to work here? The last round was a video meeting based on behavioural and situational question relating to my experience e,g tell me a time when you followed procedures, tell me a time when you faced challenges, when you worked in a team. Its all based about your personality and how you fit in the role. I would suggest to everyone to use the STAR techniques to get the job you want. It is really helpful. I received the offer letter the same day. The interview process takes about 1-2 weeks.
