I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Base CRM (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Probably worth noting that there was no phone interview. When I asked about this, he said that they don't bring in anyone that they don't feel is a great fit by their resume/cover letter. I'm hoping this isn't normal.
The person who interviewed me was clearly not a manager, and his questions seemed to lack direction. I asked him a bit about the company culture, and he mostly just told me about how he was able to get time off to see concerts. Maybe I just had an inexperienced interviewer, or his interview technique was geared toward keeping the candidate off guard, but it did nothing to make me confident about the company.
The people around the office seemed really nice, but the impression I got was that the company was really not well run overall.

Question 1
He asked me how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Not a difficult question, but definitely one that I wasn't expecting.
