After I submitted my application online I was contacted by a recruiter who asked a few questions to screen me. Then he scheduled an interview for me to meet the clinic manager and head of HR.
The first step is an interview with the manager. Then next step is an interview with charge nurse and the Lead CMA. Each person asked about 7 interview questions. They questioning were not out of the ordinary. The interviewers were very pleasant and warm. The environment was relaxed and comfortable when I took a tour after the interviews.
