Met both a recruiter and engineer at my school's job fair. Spoke with them for a few minutes and then got an interview set up the next day. Interview was mostly them trying to get to know me. There were no technical questions asked, just typical interview questions.

Describe a time in which you had to take a leadership role.
Started with a recruiter screening followed by an interesting case study and then ended with a hiring manager screening that’s conducted panel interview style. word word word word word word word
It was smooth and questions were easy to answer. I had the chance to talk about my previous experiences and demonstrate my skills. Also, i was asked what discipline i want, and this helps a lot in choosing what i am interested in
