I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Belvedere Trading (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2013
Interview
Had an initial phone screen which was ~30 minutes. Talked about one of my past projects and some general behavioural questions. Then had a second-round phone screen where I spoke with three developers and they asked me some brainteasers. My final round was in the office. We spent the entire day working on a project which had to be written in pseudocode. 3 interviews throughout the day about general technical knowledge, more behavioural stuff, and OO concepts. Ended the day with dinner with some of the employees, which was nice as I got to see what the culture was like outside the office setting.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Belvedere Trading (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2023
Interview
For first round interview, the interviewer pull out one of the problems that I solved during OA, and let me walk him through it. After that, he will ask if certain part of the information changed in the question, or added some new condition, how would you adapt your code. I remember there was one question about data structures where I was supposed to answer "min heap", but I didn't know at that time. Overall it was a fair interview.
