Interview
Interview Process was as follows:
1. 2 hour coding test.
2. Phone Screen with Behavioral and Technical Portions
3. Super day, involving a coding test, 1 technical interview, 1 behavioral interview, and 1 "social" interview, where you ask a SWE questions for 30 minutes.
Overall pleased with Belvedere with this interview process. I was always kept in the loop, and the questions were always fair. My only qualm is was with 2 week delays between phone screen and super day, and super day and offer, but since COVID-19 forced them to reorganize their interviews, this is somewhat expected.

Coding test involved leetcode and trading algorithm problems. No finance knowledge required.

Interview
It was medium hard with half behavioral and half coding. The coding/technical part reviewed back on assessment and ways to make it better. They will also ask on what the thought process was while coding and while implementing better solution.

Interview
They performed a evals interview with near a very difficult coding assessment before assessing the candidate as a person. Did not make it past the tech evals. I believe that in an internship, learning and mentorship is the most important aspect and they should more heavily prioritize what the character and drive they are signing on, not who did more LeetCode.
