Interview
Great! I met with seniors and partners onsite. Had a lunch with the partners. They asked good questions and made me feel comfortable. They also talked at length about the company culture.

Interview
This firm required 25 pages of behavioral questions which honestly seem discriminatory in nature. Also they allowed a paralegal to participate in my interview and ask me legal questions which is prohibited by the Texas Rule of Professional Responsibility 5.04 (d)(3) which states it is prohibited for a lawyer to practice at a firm where 3) a nonlawyer has the right to direct or control the professional judgment of a lawyer. If this happens at the interview stage I wonder what happens behind closed doors. Ultimately I withdrew my application
