Video interview and two on site interviews. One with Manager and two team members. The second interview was 3 different mangers of other teams and was a little tougher. More thought based questions and how you would handle disagreements. Having SQL experience is a plus but not required. No Excel test but be prepared to explain in detail how you have used Excel in the past for analytics.

Just had a first panel interview on the phone with a two senior DMAs and one new DMA. The call was very friendly and lasted for about an hour. They did ask me at the very end a curve ball question.

The last question of the interview was meant to be a curve ball. They asked,"If you find out in a week or two the you weren't offered the job, why would you think you didn't get an offer?"

The one interview question that was bogus was the interview question where they ask you a quantitive question that is impossible to complete. The solution is literally impossible. They have you spend 30 minutes with each person and its 5 hours long.
