Interview
Had a phone screen. I thought things went well. I felt like I answered all their technical questions well. Perhaps the problem was that I was looking for a director level position and they were interviewing me for an individual contributor position. Just a little bit of a mismatch :)
A similar thing happened a couple years ago with the same company.
Folks were nice, but in both cases I didn't even get a phone call saying I was done or the like. I even sent an email a month or so after the phone screen and they didn't respond.
