Recruiter interview, CEO interview, followed by several interviews with the leadership team member. The Recruiter was extremely communicative throughout the process, provided clear next steps and feedback, and overall provided a very good experience. It's a very tight market for People Leadership roles right now so although I wasn't offered the position, I enjoyed the interview experience and learned a lot about Bicycle Health and will be following their journey going forward.

I was invited to interview, followed up with times, then never heard back. When I checked in a few days later they informed me that they no longer wished to interview me. Messy behavior.
