Biodynamic Research Paralegal interview questions

Fairly simple process...applied online and had a Zoom/Teams interview 2-3 weeks later. It seemed to go well...just standard questions about my work style and experience as it relates to their process. At the end I was told they had a couple of more interviews to do and then would get back to me. Since that was a month ago, it appears I have been ghosted. (I really wish companies would stop doing that to people.)
