Interview
Intensive, Informative and Demanding....but worth the effort. I was interviewed for 3 positions, as slots and funding became available and the position was finally open to the market. But, I was able to finally secure the position I craved and at the rate comparable to the US marketplace. (Not to the Arizona Right to Work Wages)

Question 1
I had already had past dealings with BlackBox when i owned my own company and later as contracted labor, so we pretty much knew each other. Therefore, I will defer on this question.
One-way video screening interview. Asked a series of questions that needed to be answered while being recorded. I could not have disliked this more. Totally lost the ability to make a connection with the hiring team.
Interviews done via video chat with senior managers, open discussion format with some technical questions and explanation of work experience and skills. Interview may be with one person or multiple people.
