Application, HireVue, and then final round superday. On the superday, expect 4 interviewers each taking around 45 minutes. Asks a lot of behavioral questions and questions about where you see yourself in the future. Got ghosted by company after taking final round and they did not send a rejection

the process was a two hour super day on zoom with the time was split into three one on one interviews with various employees. The questions were almost all behavioral and focus on interest in blackrock.
It was about a 30 minute interview, through video call. Conversation based interview and some time left to ask questions at the end. Not too many questions. Very friendly and helpful interviewer.
