the process was a two hour super day on zoom with the time was split into three one on one interviews with various employees. The questions were almost all behavioral and focus on interest in blackrock.
It was about a 30 minute interview, through video call. Conversation based interview and some time left to ask questions at the end. Not too many questions. Very friendly and helpful interviewer.
