I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg Industry Group in Sep 2016
Interview
There seemed to be a lack of communication between recruiting and the hiring manager, as I actually interviewed in person with the hiring manager prior to talking on the phone with a recruiter. Eventually this lack of communication transferred over to my interactions with HR staff, as, after a second round of interviews and an assessment, I essentially entered into a period of radio silence with multiple emails and calls to HR unreturned. I ended up taking another job in the period while I was waiting to hear back.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg Industry Group (Arlington, VA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Pleasant Interviews. Communication is meh.
The first round was with HR, which was easy and friendly. They did basic introductions and asked for availability. The second round was with the Hiring Manager; the experience was pleasant, and the first half of the interview is dedicated to your experiences, while the second half is dedicated to the questions you ask, which I would say is more important than the first half. Did not hear back for 2ish months until I checked workday which showed a rejection, but I'd say ghosting is just common nowadays.
