Contacted by a recruiter about a position via Linked In. Replied with my interest, provided options for availability. Heard from the recruiter after options had passed, and she suggested additional times. Provided my availability again, never got a response, and options have passed again. Bad impression overall if the recruiter can't even set up time for an initial pre-screen.

Question 1
Did not get to interview because recruiter failed to follow through on scheduling.
I interviewed at Bloomberg Industry Group (Arlington, VA)
Interview
I had a screening call with the recruiter, video interview with the hiring manager and an in-person interview with multiple team members including the hiring manager. The first steps were great and I there was slow but steady contact. However, the in-person interview was odd and something was off before the interview started. The hiring manager didn't ask me any questions and then senior leader didn't show up. I don't believe they ended up filling that role with any candidate. Overall, the experience started well but ended in an unusual way and I would have preferred direct/honest communication about the role status.

Question 1
For screening it was standard experience match questions. They allowed a lot of time for asking questions proportional to their interview questions.
