I found that I wasn’t selected via the recruiting portal and not even a follow-up which is unprofessional. A total of 7 interviews took place that included the hiring manager and other senior executive stakeholders including the CFO. The process was fairly standard with every stakeholder describing the business and problem that this position was created to solve. Both the hiring manager and assigned recruiter were responsive upto the point when either the position was deleted or another candidate was hired …. I wouldn’t know as no status was communicated. Multiple attempts were made to obtain an update and no reply was provided. It is unfortunate how the last step didn’t leave a great experience and I would tell future candidates that the interview process will dragged around with no feedback.
