The initial call with the recruiter felt like they were typing in questions to chatgpt, no attempt to speak to me like I was a human. First round interview was great, the two managers I spoke to did a great job of making it feel conversational and that there was a mutual give and take. The third round included someone from the director level. This person stared at me, unblinking, completely disinterested, until I asked one question in particular. This lead to a long "uhhhhhh" that might have been seven seconds long to really drive home the point that they thought my question was dumb. It was performative in a way, like a bully in high school. It was so obnoxious that the thought of having to report to this person in any capacity really turned me off to the organization. I followed up with the recruiter twice over a week and a half and was ghosted - by a business "professional". Just tell me that I didn't get the job. A 3.1 on glassdoor for a corporation with tons of resources to keep their employees happy was a red flag to begin with, but between my experience interviewing and from what I've heard about micromanagement it seems I dodged a bullet.
