I received a call immediately after submitting my application. They scheduled an immediate phone interview with a Regional Lead. This interview was enjoyable and straightforward (about an hour long). From there, I was schedules a total FOUR additional back to back interviews within days that same week. They all went well, but it was pretty intense. Lots of "what if" questions and making sure I had a deep understand of the job description, structure and expectations. Some questions were more difficult than others. Each interview was an hour long and the process moved along extremely rapidly.
From there, I was provided three 2-part questions to present in-person to the Regional Leads and Director of the Law School Engagement Team. HR arranged for my hotel stay and flight to Arlington, Virginia. I took many days off my work for this trip and preparation.
I was in the final stage, 5 interviews under my belt in a week and a half period. However, once I presented and met them in person, no courtesy of a call or email response. I was deeply disappointed in the way they handled this last portion of the process (and of course in not landing the position). Overall it was still a decent experience and I would still recommend going for it.
