There are two back to back interviews with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. A majority of my interview was behavioral and I had my interview in person at my college.

What is the difference between income statement and balance sheet?

Interview
They are very transparent about salary , days in office requirements and benefits prior to the interview. Once you confirm those conditions they proceed to the actual interview where you are interviewed by two people from different parts of finance then if they like your interview they will refer you to a more senior manager for the final assessment. Questions ranged from quantitative to qualitative depending on who is interviewing you .
Very straightforward and behavioral questions based. There was two interviews in one day and during both interviews two people were present and took turns asking questions. Both interviews lasted about 45 minutes, so it was about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
