I applied via emailing my resume to area leader/ recruiter. Had a phone interview the following week. It was very conversational and relaxing. The next interview was with the Area Leader. The interview experience was very much similar to the first. I next had a panel interview via google hangout. Typically not a fan of panels. I believe they can automatically put interviewee in gaurd and introvert the candidate. Nonetheless, I felt comfortable and felt excited to share and answer a series of three questions from each interviewer aswell any followups. I was the asked to provide references and received offer the next week.
