There are 3 phases. 1) head hunter reaches out and does short phone interview. 2) You hear from hiring manager — short phone interview. 3) face to face or zoom interview (generally with two people), including hiring manager. Sadly however, even after all of that if you’re not chosen you will not hear back from them.
