In person, followed by group interview and assessment to see how to communicate and attract customers to the brand. They ask you questions as you’re doing this and watch you when approaching customers.

Long! A very long process, first the CV checks, then the phone interview, then the in-person interview and then the store showcase took over an hour where you have to demonstrate product knowledge and selling to customers on the floor. If you get through all that, you can go through to store approval, but each stage is a week apart, so took ages to start!
