      Chill job but frustrating management

      Pros

      It wasn’t a particularly hard job, pretty much just the same thing everyday. Quite chill in terms of actual work.

      Cons

      I found seasonal staff were given the blame for a lot of internal things because they were the easiest targets. Management is confusing and just made life difficult and frustrating. Often blamed seasonal staff for being ineffective when they’d set that system up.
