informal and very friendly was quite easy could skip questions and go back to them at end so less pressure asked about hobbies and school had to bring passport to interview

Interview
We were put into groups so when we went in, we got told who our assigned team leader was and then all the groups parted ways. We got given scenarios (a frantic customer going on holiday soon, a customer whose favourite product sold out etc) and what we'd do in the different situations. Then we were allocated a diff part of the store each and had to answer questions on what was good, what we would change if we had 5 mins and what we would change if we had longer.
