Simple face-to-face interview asking for motivation for the role and any relevant experience. The interview was very short, and they only looked for transferable skills; knowledge of pharmaceuticals is not required.
Very simple interview - 4-5 extremely common interview questions were asked (eg, “Why do you want to work at Boots”, “What are some of your strengths” etc) - interviewer was very pleasant and it seemed like there were alternately worded questions prepared in case any stumped the interviewee. Very brief, about 20 minutes. It seemed like the key to doing well at this interview is understanding that it is a retail role, with all that entails in terms of hours and working some weekend days.
