Awful interview process. First of all you don’t apply with CV you just do an online test to get an interview. I have a wealth of experience that my cv highlights and I’m proud of. No standard interview questions were asked that I prepared. Also you’re told to be familiar with one of their products as you’ll be brought out onto the shop floor, that never happened. During the interview which was short I tried to highlight my experience and what I’ve done even though there wasn’t really room to. Literally 3/4 difficult and poor worded questions “name a time” ones but not ones you’d regularly hear. Interviewer left me waiting and seemed completely uninterested. Maybe they already had their mind made up. Got a different job the next interview I did in a much better place so everything worked out thankfully.

Question 1
Name a time where you had change a process or procedure for the benefit of someone else and what was the outcome
Private interview questions - pretty standard just based on experience and given loads of time to answer. Then taken to shop floor to pick a product and how I would recommend/sell it.

Question 1
What would I do if I seen a customer who was looking around the store quite confused
Easy enough interview, just asked the typical interview questions. Thought i fit the role well but did not receive an offer or any reason for not being selected. Interview took place in a cleaning closet, which i did find strange as it was opposite the staff break room.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
