It was a group interview where the first part was introducing yourself to the other candidates and answering questions based on different scenarios and the second part was on the shop floor.

Question 1
How would you go about a customer giving you a list of things they need to find?
A 60 minute long interview that consisted of questions about why I wanted to work at boots and the second part was seeing how I approach tasks on the shop floor.
One to one interview for only 10 minutes. First you need to introduce yourself and explain why you would like to work for boots. Then ask you what’s the good part and challenges you may face in this work.
