I applied online. I interviewed at Boots in Jun 2024
Interview
30 min interview with situation-based questions (why do you want to work here, describe a time when you helped someone and the outcome, how would you help a shopper etc) She then took me to the store and asked me to tell if a shopper was a confident shopper or not which honestly i had no idea...and then asked me to go up to her and ask if she needed help. I had also prepared beforehand to explain a product and thought of things to be improved in the shop as that was what other interviewees had done but she did not ask me about them

Question 1
something along the lines of "how would you help a customer that is unsure/unconfident"
Just standard interview questions to check competency. Felt like a normal conversation nothing too invasive. Just things like that when was one time you delivered excellent customer service or how to do so.

Question 1
Give one time you offered excellent customer service
Not bad, as long as you’re confident, they were very welcoming. It was a bit lengthy but I enjoyed it and come out feeling postive, it’s overall just to see if you’d be a good fit
Quick and easy. Standard retail interview. Was asked to talk about one of their products, to talk about myself. Was asked about my availability too. Good luck if you’re applying!
