Informal first stage interview booked for 30 mins, went on for 90 mins. Assumed it went well. Got a rejection email a week afterwards with no reason as to why. Don't appreciate being kept on a call for 90 mins with no structure then being sent a boiler plate rejection email which takes 2 minutes of your time to give a reason. Negative experience.
