Was met on the shop floor and taken to a little office.
She took my passport and photocopied it then went into the questions.
She started by asking a bit about me and why I wanted to work for boots.
She then went into the typical 'tell me about a time...' questions. This took about 10 minutes
We then went onto the shop floor and asked me to talk about the product I had chosen to research. This really didn't take too long.
She then took me to a section of the store and gave me 5 minutes alone to look over the section. When she came back she wanted to know what the customer would find important and what I would do if I had 15 minutes to work on the section.
After that we went back into the back room and that was it.
Overall, it took about 25 minutes and was really relaxed.

What would I do if I seen a customer who was looking around the store quite confused
Easy enough interview, just asked the typical interview questions. Thought i fit the role well but did not receive an offer or any reason for not being selected. Interview took place in a cleaning closet, which i did find strange as it was opposite the staff break room.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
