Was greeted by the manageress who was a lovely woman, instantly made me feel at ease. Went to her office where I was asked a couple of questions about myself, my experience and 'describe a time where' type questions. She told me I did exceptionally well at the online assessment scoring 95% which she said was the highest of the current interviewees which I thought was lovley. She told me about the hours available and asked my availability. We went down to the shop floor where she asked me to approach her as a customer that looked like she needed help, she told me she was looking for a face cream for combination skin, I found this a little tricky, had to quickly scan the shelves and found one for both dry and oily skin, explained that the pricing is also great and it's on a 3 for 2 offer. Next she asked me to do the same at the toothpaste aisle. She wanted to know what she would use for sensitive gums, again- quick scan of the products and found one, explaining that it was on a 3 for £5 offer. She asked me about my chosen product I was pre-instructed to pick, I chose No.7 Beautiful Skin Quick Thinking wipes, explaining that they are perfect for sensitive skin, they leave you feeling fresh, they are fab at taking off make up including waterproof mascara! Noted that they are a great size so you only need 1 and mentioned that they were on a 3 for 2. She asked what I knew about the Advantage Card, asked if I knew the difference between a confident and non confident shopper. She then handed me a bottle of Beautiful Skin face cleanser, asked me to read it then tell her all about it. I found this hard because once I read it, it went out my head!! Thankfully she seemed okay about it?! She then asked me to wander round and choose an aisle that I thought could do with a change and tell her what I would change, I found one and she appeared impressed with what I said. After that we headed back to her office, general chit chat and she told I was the last interviewee and I would hear back the next day or possibly day after. She really relaxed me, she seemed very positive and happy. Awaiting outcome...
