Applied online and got an email the next day inviting for interview. Interview was a week later, I was interviewed by the store manager and one of the senior dispensers. Interview lasted approximately 15 minutes and was given a tour of the pharmacy area. The questions asked were not your standard interview questions more of an informal chat. It was quite easy. they are all scenario based questions, so may be difficult to answer if you do not have a lot of work experience. i have heard in retail they may ask you to pick something from the shop and try sell it tp the intervoewer
