Apply on website took about 5 mins
Got an email about 2 days later asking to do a assessment online
Assessment was all right can take about 45 mins though
3 days laters got offered a interview
No phone call just pick a date and time all done online.
Went to interview took about 25 mins
The questions asked where very difficult i had to move on to questions.
I've worked 11 and half years in retail and this is the hardest interview I have done.

explain a time when you had to give small advice to a customer that involved you thinking?
Filled out online personality test, then invited to in person interview. asked general interview questions and told about the role and the hours, said they would be in touch. received an update the next day
Fairly standard competency based interview. Manager was friendly.
The manager has my contact details and we had been freely communicating beforehand. The interview location was more than 2 hours from my home.
It’s been more than a week now and the manager has ghosted me. They won’t respond to email or calls. Not impressed after taking so much effort to attend. Waiting for a reply.

The interview wasn't pleasant at all. The manager seemed uninterested in hiring me from the beginning and was in a rush. She looked unwelcoming, and we started the interview 20 minutes late because she was in a meeting. To my surprise, the interview ended abruptly after just five minutes.
