I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boots (Gloucester, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
Thorough but comfortable, it was a scenario based interview, where you were given vignette's of potential scenarios that could occur and how you would deal with them. Had to talk about your commitment to training (6 months - 6 exams) and then taken onto shop floor to interact with customers - asked about how you would manage retail and pharmacy roles.

Applied online, recived an email asking me to complete an online assesment which will take 40 minutes. Got an email 2 weeks later to say I was successful and sent a link to book my own interview. The interview was supposed to last 1 hour, the manager was late starting and was answering phone calls in between questions. You are asked some common interview questions then brought to the shop floor, I was asked what boots product i would recommend to a customer, asked to read leaflets about their services talk about the benefits of these services. Overall decent experience
