I arrived about ten minutes early and was taken by one of the managers into an office to commence the interview. She was lovely and made me very comfortable. After asking me some questions, she took me onto the shop floor and asked me to identify some confident and non-confident shoppers, and also brought me to some shelves and ask what I might change about them. The interview took less than an hour, and I received a phone call about 30-40 minutes later offering me the job! So a very short process.
