I used this site to prepare, so I'm 'giving back to the community', as it were.
I arrived a little bit early and asked for the manager. The manager took me into their interview room and went through my details and wanted to photocopy my passport which was standard. Interviewer asked me about what I do currently and what kind of work/volunteering have I done before. Then asked me if I've worked for Boots before, then proceeded to ask me a few 'Boots-related questions' (I'll state them below). Afterwards asked me if I was ok to go onto the shop floor and approach a customer to see if they needed help. They are looking for open body language, confidence, smiling, patience, and to see if you can help find what they need or give them suitable alternatives. I would highly recommend researching the company (i.e. flagship products, special offers, Boots website, etc). After all that, I was asked about my available times and I would find out via phone about my success or not. Took about 45 mins. Top tips: always refer to your work experiences. Think before you answer, DON'T rush!! and SMILE SMILE SMILE. They don't want to see a grumpy person, it's not good for the store. Good luck guys!
