I applied online. Filled out the online assessment and soon after got an email saying I had been successful. I then booked an appointment for the interview. First I was asked when I was available, what hours I would work and when I could start. Then the interviewer went to photocopy my passport. After that I was only asked questions based on my online assessment. The first couple of questions were difficult to answer since I'd never worked in retail before. I wasn't asked to talk about a product nor did I go to the shop floor. After the interview I was told that someone would ring me. The interview was roughly about 20 minutes. 4 days later I received an email saying that I was not successful.

The process was fairly informal and friendly. I was just asked a few basic questions, followed by a simple exercise on the shop floor handing out samples to customers in the store.
