Applied online, received an invitation via. email to complete an online test which included situation and personality tests. Received an email the next day to choose a suitable date for an interview. Was about 10 mins early and waited at the photo department for the interviewer. She came and sat me in an office. Asked about my availability, number of hours I was looking for etc. Then asked me questions which were generated by the answers I gave through the online test. There was a very strange one that was really specific that asked about a time i did research on a product for someone with particular ailments which threw me off, but she was very understanding and reassured me that I didn't have to use a job-related example. Other questions can be found below but were pretty standard after reading through other interviews on this website which were super useful! The interviewer was lovely too, felt more like a casual chat. She then took me onto the shop floor to talk about my product (the email said I should be ready to sell a product I liked), asked me to see if a customer wanted help and asked me to sort out a messy aisle. That was pretty much it. I got called a few hours later to tell me I got the job!

The process was fairly informal and friendly. I was just asked a few basic questions, followed by a simple exercise on the shop floor handing out samples to customers in the store.
